·The radio can also be charged by turning the handle at the bottom of the device and activating the dynamo. ·The handle can be turned either clockwise or counter-clockwise. Spin the handle for 3 minute at the speed of 120 rpm. It can be used for beam illumination for 4 minutes or radio for 15 minutes. NOTE:The hand-cranked charging function is recommended to be used in emergency situations. Generally,it is recommended to charge the lithium battery via the USB charging cable. |

A:The radio is water resistant to IPX3(resistant to sprayed water to 10L/Min).It can be used reliably in adverse weather conditions,aboard water craft,etc.
4.Q:Why solar panel doesn’t charge the rechargeable battery?
A:There are many factors will affect solar charging,like angle,sunlight etc.The charging indicator will be red when you find the good angle to charge it.It is difficult to fully charge the unit with solar panel,which is mostly used for maintaining the battery.
5.Q:Why the radio doesn’t hold the battery?
A:The battery will run out when the radio idled for a long time,Please hand crank at a speed of 130-150RPM for 3-5 minutes to activate the battery and then use or charge once every three months to avoid the battery death.
6. Q: What about the lead time?
A: Sample times is5-7 days, and mass production time is 20- 35 days. It depends on the quantities.
7. Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
A: Usually, for mass production, we require 1000pcs for normal design and 500pcs for special design. However, the larger the quantity is, the cheaper the price would be.
8. Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
