         ER5183 aluminum alloy welding wire, a matching filler alloy when welding 5454 parent metals.This low magnesium alloy is often used for automotive wheels, trailers and rail tank cars, where the weld filler chemistry must closely match the parent material chemistry to maximize corrosion performance.
