Product performance:
Nano aluminium powder and ultra-fine aluminium powder are prepared by special process. The product has high purity, high sphericity, low impurity content. Active aluminium accounts for more than 98%. Application Fields:
1. High-efficiency catalyst: nano-aluminium powder is added to solid fuel of rocket, which greatly improves fuel combustion speed and combustion stability.
2. Activated sintering additives: mixing 5-10% nano-aluminium powder into AlN powder to reduce sintering temperature and increase sintering density and thermal conductivity; if nano-aluminium is used as the substrate of integrated components, thermal conductivity will increase about 10 times, which can solve the problem of integration of integrated components.
3. Surface Conductive Coating Treatment of Metals and Waste Metals: Because nano-aluminium has high activation surface energy, it can be coated at a temperature below the melting point of powder in the absence of oxygen. This technology can be applied to the production of microelectronic devices.
