This product is a composite material that laminate aluminum foil with mylar foil. The aluminum mylar can be used in many different areas, like packing, decoration, industry use etc..
We are a 10 years old factory that produce cable subsidiary materials. Our aluminum mylar foil is special designed for cable shielding wrapping. We can produce different colors, different thicknesses and widths. We can also print shapes and alphabets on it. Some high-end cables need the aluminum foil printed with logos, UL codes. We can print it.

We have aluminum foil, copper foil, mylar, non woven fabric, paper, conductive fabric, PP foam tape and other tapes for cable wrapping. The aluminum foil can also be used in other areas, like air duct, anti-static packing etc..

Aluminum mylar
Aluminum mylar film, also called aluminum foil, aluminized mylar, Al-PET. It is a composite material and widly used in cable shielding. You can find it in LAN cables, USB cables, coxial cables, and HDMI cables. Aluminum foil have good shielding performance, and the PET film makes the aluminum foil much more tough so that it can bear stronger stretch.

The aluminum mylar can be cut into customized width,suitable for different cable and wire manufacturing. The minimum width can be 1 mm,and if the width less than 5mm, we recomend you to use the small spool type, it is more stable and not easily collapse. Other width can choose pad type, it is cheap and covenient choice. If you are LAN cable manufacturer, we recomend you the wooden spool type, it is very long so that you don't need to feed the machine frequently. For example, a 0.04mm thick aluminum mylar with 10 mm width, which is most widly used specification in LAN cable manufacturing, usually weighs about 25 kgs per roll, and the length can be 20kms per roll. Colors can be customized, and silver color and blue color is the commonly used color, besides silver and blue, there are also pink, green,cyan, black, grey, purple, yellow, copper and other colors. If you need a exactly color, you can send us a piece of sample and we can try to produce some samples for your trail.Usually sample production needs to be paid. Normal color samples are free and you only need to pay for the shipment cost.

1. Are you manufacturer or a trading company?
We are manufacturer and we product cable shielding and filling tapes and ropes, we also draw bare copper wires and tinned copper wires with diameter 0.08-0.3mm.
2. What's your MOQ? Can I start a sample order?
Acturally we do not set a MOQ limit, and it's sure that sample orders are available.
3. Are the samples free?
We only provide free samples for our regular customers. New customers are expected to pay for the samples. but sample costs will be returned once bulk order confirmed.
4. Do you use ship or air transportation? How long it takes to deliver the cargos to me?
We use both air and sea transport, and it usually takes 1 weeks for Southeast Asia, 2-3 weeks to Middle East area and Southern Eroup.
5. Can I visit and comfirm your factory?
