Alloy 8011 is a typical alloy for aluminum foil and which is currently the most widely used metal in our daily life. As China's premier producer and supplier of aluminum foil, Mingtai Al. specialized the business of household foil, container foil, packaging foil as well as pharmaceutical foil since 1997. 8011 aluminum foils are available in various thickness, width and mill finish with a shiny side and a matte side. High-performance foil 8021 is an alloy created from pure, aluminum base foil tempered with additional elements. Usually between 0.018 and 20 mm thick, 8021 aluminum foil is produced in many widths and strengths for literally hundreds of applications by Mingtai Al. Commonly used tempers of 8021 aluminum foil includes H14, H18, H22 and H24. Mill finished aluminum foil like battery shell foil, pharmaceutical foil is available from us.
Alloy 8079 usually used to produce kinds of aluminum alloy foil, which offers the best properties for many applications with H14, H18 and other tempers and thicknesses between 10 and 200 microns. 8079 aluminum foil mainly designed for the general packaging of both pharmaceuticals and cosmetics and it has better property than pure aluminum foil. Most importantly, we manufacture products according to the requirements of customers. The high quality of the 8079 aluminum foil supplied by Mingtai Al. fulfills a diversity of markets like household foil, packaging foil as well as pharmaceutical foil.

8079 aluminum foil is a flexible and unique metal with soft temper and attractive surface. It is an ideal product for applications requiring higher tensile strength materials which are not compromised during the drug packaging processes. The combination of the 8079 alloy and H18 temper provides optimal performance in pharmaceutical foil. Alloy 8079 foil is also widely used in the food packaging industry, beer mark, and household foil, bottle cap, etc.

Cold rolling refers to the intensive plastic deformation process of metals on materials below the crystallization temperature.
Hot rolling refers to the process of rolling and flattening above the crystallization temperature. It can greatly improve the plasticity of the aluminum products.
