Aluminum alloys mould die casting release agent and boron nitride mold release

Aluminum ingot mold coating is high-quality, silver-white oily release agent, suitable for the production of various types of aluminum and aluminum alloy ingot, spraying or brushing on mold surface, so as to form a layer of bright aluminum film, to prevent welding of aluminum ingot and mold, easy to mold release and with a smooth bright surface.

Instructions for use

1. Brush: Add 40%-50% kerosene or diesel oil dilution, stir well, evenly brush in the cold, clean, dry surface of the ingot mold. Heating above 150°C make it volatile, then start ingot casting.

2. Spray: Add 100% kerosene or diesel oil dilution, stir well, with a gun to evenly sprayed onto the surface of the ingot mold, front heated to above 150°C make it volatile, then start ingot casting.

Packaging and storage: 5kg/barrel, 20kg/box, 20kg/barrel, or customer’s requirement. Keep in a cool place.

Shelf life: 12 months.
