Project Process
1.Bidding documents(including drawings and construction organization design etc. Mainly for facade construction unit)
1.Analyze the bidding documents, clarify the bidding strategies of facade contractor.
2.Prepare the bill of quantities or budget the cost according to the bill of quantities.
3.Prepare bidding technical documents (construction organization design)Construction cost estimation.
4.Writing of technical specification for tender.
5.Performance test procedure and the performance testing.
1.Optimize the design according to the bidding drawings to maximize material saving within the requirements of relevant specifications.
2.Analyze the unreasonable practices in the drawing and propose the adjusting plan.
3.Conduct structural calculation and provide curtain wall engineering structure calculation report.
1.Study on curtain wall further design drawings, and complete the material ordering plan in combination with the construction schedule plan, construction procedure and work area division of the project department.
2.Clear the material purchasing strategy and prepare the material purchasing plan sheet.
3.Make technical disclosure on site and attend on-site coordination meeting in time.
