Snap Tie System

Snap Tie

• Manufactured with a hot forged integral 1/2" hex heads
• Assure uniform wall dimensions
• Round head allows snap ties to be broken back with the formwork still in place with standard 1/2" socket
• Uses 1" x 1" plastic cones to provide a nominal 1" break back
• 2,250 pounds safe working load at approximately 2:1 safety factor
• 100 pieces per box

 X Flat Wall Ties  Wedge for Concrete Form Accessories 

X-Flat Tie: X-Flat Tie are used with Wedge Bolt to secure and space modular forms. X Flat Ties are available from 4" to 24". And other sizes can be produced according to clients' demand.

 

Wedge Bolts: Wedge Bolt connect panels and ties together,eliminating the need for special tools or equipment in the set up process. Two idential wedge bolts work as a single lock-bolt set, connecting and clamping together. However, additional bolts may be needed for walker attachment, scaffold brackets and etc.

 

Long Bolts: similar to a wedge bolt, these Long Bolt connect the 1, 1-1/2 and 2 inch steel fillers, and are punched with two 1/4 inch hole to make room for 16 or 20 D nails.

 

Short Bolts: short bolts are used to attach the pilaster form a steel ply form. They eliminate the need for short stop wedge bolt, and upon proper installation, make stripping much easier.

 

One Piece Waler Clamp: One Piece Waler Clamps attach through the wedge bolt slot of modular type forms to provide wedge action aligning with single or double lumber.

 

Z Tie Holder & Waler Ties: Z Tie Holders are used in conjunction with Waler Ties to secure double 2 x lumber wales to modular type forms. The Waler Tie is available in two sizes to accomodate 2x4, 2x6 lumber.

 

 PP Hollow Plastic Formwork,can be used at least 60 times per sheet, size 1220x2440mm, with the thickness 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm.
