    Omnipart warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10years lifetime of the product from the date of initial deliver, with the following exceptions: 
         1.Five (5) Years - Electrical Product Three (3) Years - High wear parts such as veneers, 3mm & t-mold edging. All textiles/finishes, glides, keyboard mechanisms, pencil drawers, wood materials. Thirty (30) Days - Any Non-standard or custom product. 
         2.This warranty is made by Omnipart only to purchasers acquiring the product directly from Omnipart . Omnipart ’s obligation and the purchaser’s remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at Omnipart ’s option, of parts which prove, under normal use, to be defective within the period stated. This remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of such replacement. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume for Omnipart ‘s any other liability in connection with Omnipart’s products. 
        3.There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose Omnipart ’s liability with respect to its products shall not exceed that expressly set forth above irrespective of the theory upon which any claim might be based including breach of contract, warranty negligence, or strict liability on tort. Under no circumstances shall Omnipart be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. 
       4.This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from shipment, storage, accident, alteration, misuses, assembly or installation. All claims under this warranty must be made in writing prior to the repair or replacement of the product(s).
