Among the offered equipment: heat exchangers (radiators) with a core of replaceable finned copper or aluminum tubes operating under a pressure of up to 5 MPa, cooling units for diesel generator sets and gas-piston power plants, cooling systems for transformers and cooling towers.
Our employees ' experience and deep knowledge of heat transfer processes have allowed us to become real experts. We design our equipment based on the characteristics of the installations or systems in which they are installed. The full production cycle within the company allows us to control the quality at every stage and guarantee our customers timely delivery.
We also perform repair services for any heat exchangers (radiators): cleaning, washing and revision, elimination of mechanical damage to collectors, replacement of radiator cores with cores of our own technology, we check radiators for pressure up to 12 MPa.

Technology
The production technology of iceberg radiators provides for the use of the principle of "collapsible core", made of finned copper or aluminum knurled tube. The tubes are mounted, depending on the internal pressure and the radiator environment, in rubber seals or rings that are installed in the radiator manifold and secured with plastic clips.
This technology makes it possible to manufacture collapsible radiators of high quality, which have a number of advantages: increased resistance to vibration, the ability to perform rapid repairs in the field, ease of cleaning and maintenance.
