Paper honeycomb core is made of recyclable paper through specially developed production equipments.
The hexagonal shape of honeycomb core is similar to natural honeycomb constructed by bees.
Generally speaking, the strength of Honeycomb Core depends on the cell size and weight of the core.
The smaller the cell size is, the smaller the height is, the better the material is, the higher the strength will be.·
Customers could order special widths as well. In accordance with customer's requirement, honeycomb core can be treated with waterproof or fire resistance.

Q. What are the standard delivery/lead times?
A. Beecore prides itself in offering short lead times to its customers. Generally speaking material can be offered within a time frame of 1 to 3 weeks. Beecore holds certain blocks in stock and these blocks or slices from the blocks can normally be supplied within a few working days. Of course the lead times also depend on the order level at the time and the quantity required. Please contact the Beecore sales team with your enquiries for more specific lead times.
Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. Normally Paper honeycomb core MOQ 1000 square meter, and aluminum honeycomb core 200 square meter. Please contact our sales team to check if there is stock to fulfill your less quantity demand.
Q. What is your capacity of honeycomb core?
A. Beecore capacity could upto 6000kgs per day of paper core and 6000kgs per day aluminum core as well.
Q.Which factors are related to the price?
A.Cell size, sawing thickness, paper gram or aluminum foil thickness.
Q.How to package the honeycomb core?
A.Plywood pallet with PE film for paper honeycomb core; Strength plywood box for aluminum honeycomb core.
