After you got our diesel generators, please read the operation manual carefully. The User’s Manual come along with the generator, includes Operation, Installation , Maintenance and Repair guide.
2. Q: Do you have overseas service?
No, but we normally help our customers to solve problems through phone, Email, skype, internet video with high efficiency. To ensure you could use the 20kw diesel generator successfully.
3. Q:Our Warranty?
We offer one year guaranteen or 1000hrs Warranty. Within one year, if the component is broken, we freely offer the component, but the delivery fee should be paid by client.
4. Q:How about the payment term?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% of balance paid before shipment.
