The express delivery cost depends on the Quantity, Actual Weight, Carton Measurement, your Destination and the Shipping Methods you choose.

DHL/UPS/FedEx Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it's about 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Singapore Post Air Parcel take 10 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.

Q5: How will you declare the items to the customs?

For all orders, we will declare as low as value to the customs with Free Gift or Sample trying to reduce any possible your import duty. If you have your own declare requirements, just tell us freely.

Q6: What can I do if I received a faulty item?

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item when received, you can return it back to us. If any product is unsatisfactory, due to defective workmanship or materials, we will replace or refund you the purchase price if it meets our timeline requirements.

Yes. You can print your logo, company name on the products or package, the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. You can also send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF, PSD or CorelDraw format. Anyway, we accept OEM and ODM service!
