Precaution for Use

To ensure RBR    waterproof zippers to stay in shape, perfect condition and to avoid causing damage to garments, the directions for use and precautions of our products must be followed carefully. 
1.This zipper is not waterproof/watertight, but water repellent. 
2.Zipper must be completely closed when washing in order to avoid damage, after washing natural dry is 
recommended, to protect the laminated film in the zippers,prolonged water repellent effect and slider to 
stay in shape. 
3.A petroleum-based dry cleaning solvent is recommended. Chlorine base solvents often result in difficulty 
in operating the zipper, color runs, or cloudy film. 
4.Do not iron the zipper.  High temperatures may melt the film or may cause deformation to the zipper tape. 
5.Keep the zipper away from direct sunlight. UV rays may cause a yellowing of the PU (Polyurethane)film. 
This is very obvious especially in light colors. 
6.To prevent the zipper’s color bleeding, avoid the zipper where the zipper will come into contact with vinyl, 
such as PVC or PU applications. 
7.Repeated bending of a zipper may result in a cloudy film but it won’t bother the performance of water 
repellency. 
8.Testing is important before bulk purchasing.

1. What’s your best price for the nylon zipper slider?  

A: The price on the order quantity. If you order a big number of product that’s the time you get your best price.

2. What’s the lead time?

A:Sample order’s will be delivered within 4-6days, minimun of 3colors, larger number of styles and color might extend a bit more time 7-10days after confirming all the details with the zipper product.

3. What’s your packing?

A: Our regular packing is 100pcs per opp bag for size No.3 zipper, 50pcs per opp bag for size No. 5/7, 30pcs per opp bag for size No. 8, OPP bag with a logo of RBR.

4. How about OEM?

A: Customized size and color is accepted. Designated Logo of your own company must provide a documentary authorization note before procceeding. On the other side logo for screen printing in the Nylon tape usually cost 300CNY with a single color on it,additional color cost 100CNY/color.Slider fee cost 800-1500CNY per mold.

5. What about the warranty?

A: We are very confident in our products, each product was inspected,proven and tested before shipping, we pack in a durable box and put in a poly bag to prevent the carton from water runs, so usually you will receive the goods in a good condition.But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest you to check the products once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones,so we can deal with it accordingly.
