All purpose needle punch reusable shamwow nonwoven fabric cloth for kitchen cleaning 70% viscose 200gsm jumbo rolls

A fully automated over 90 meters production line of viscose fabrics designed and manufactured by ANDRITZ Asselin-Thibeau. The line is an integrated technological solution which includes inline carding, needlepunch, thermal bonding and winding machines. A supervisory electronic control assistance system allows to tune very accurately such key parameters as density, viscose percentage and fabrics thickness; and so to produce products that meet market requirements.

Nonwoven fabrics produced at this line obtain following characteristics:
