4. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but taking much time.

6. Do you offer other relevant items?
Yes, we do. We are offering barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer, magnetic card reader, data collector and POS system.
7. If the goods are damaged badly, who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport, and we can exchange the new goods for you.
8. How do I know that you have sent the products out?
Once the products are sent out, a tracking number will be provided so that you can check where your goods at all times.
After-Sales Support:
1. If product malfunctions within 30 days after they are received:
Seller takes care of all costs to send brand new product to replace.
2. If product malfunctions after 30 days but within 12 months:
2.1 Seller take care the costs to send new parts to clients for replacement and provide necesary supports including videos, remote control or instruction documents to help clients replace the broken parts.
2.2 If the problem cannot be solved by replacing broken parts, or the root of the problem cannot be detected, clients send broken products back and seller provide free repair sevices.
Warranty Solutions:
Q1: How long is the warranty on this machine?
A1: 12 months, from the receipt of our products.
Q2: What if the products are broken when they are recieved?
A2: Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of our products if they are broken. We send new products for clients to replace without sending broken ones back, providing not damaged by users.
Q3: What if the products have problem when used for a time?
A3: We have an independent after-sales team which is specially for overseas clients. After clients' requests are received, the team will help check the root of the problem and provide the solution after analysis. Within the warranty period, we will take care of the costs and shipping charges to send new spare parts for clients to replace. After the expiration of the warranty period, free technicial support is still available, clients take care of the shipping charges and costs of the spare parts.
