A1: We are a factory and we have independent export right.
Q2: How can I get the sample?
A2: First, confirm the sample you want, then sample will be shipped after receiving freight of sample. Freight fee will be refunded when you place an order.
Q3: How long it takes the delivery time of sample and order?
A3: It takes about 15-20 days for,and about 30-60 days for orders.
Q4: What is your terms of delivery?
A4: Our delivery terms are EXW or FOB. We are happy to work with your cargo team or logistic agents to organize the best delivery logistics.
Q5: What is your minimum quantity?
A5: Generally our tents MOQ is 300 pieces per item, but it depends on different items.
Q6: What is your payment terms?
A6: We accept 30% TT in advance and 70% balance against scanned shipment document or 100% LC at sight.
Q7:What is your price terms?
A7:We usually quote by Xiamen seaport, and we could also quote by CIF or CFR if you need.
Q8: What is your packing method?
A8: Each item would be usually packed with OPP bag, and several items packed in one 5-layer export standard corrugated brown box. We also accept color box packing and mail order packing, just contact us and let us know your needs.

A9: ODM order is welcome,we could make your ideas come true.
