Wild fennel, in Sardinian “ Matafalua”, has all the flavour of the Island, all the scents of long walks in the countryside. Its seeds and leaves, in an alcoholic infusion, give life to a pleasant drink which is perfect after meals. Ingredients: Hydro-alcoholic infusion of wild fennel seeds and leaves (Foeniculum vulgare). Alcoholic content is 40% of the volume. Liqueur obtained from the infusion of wild fennel leaves and seeds.
