What is intelligentized highly efficient mist oil filter for cnc machine?
During the metal processing such as turning, milling peeling and grinding, function of cutting fluid lubricating is cooling and cleaning. The cutting fluid can form tremendous oil mist particles during the high speed processing. The particles could be harmful by mixing with the dust produced in the processing. Oil mist recycling equipment functions to collecting the oil mist into clean fluid and then recycles the fluid. So the equipment is environmental friendly and energy-efficient.

1. What is the cleaning frequency of the three filter stages?
Normally it takes 3 to 6 months to be cleaned once. Actual it needs according to the working conditions for cleaning or replace the filter screen and filter cotton, and you can clean or replace the filter according to the cleaning signal lable.
2. How long can they be used before changing them to new ones ?
When the filters can not be cleaned easily, it needs to be replaced.
Normal it needs 12 to 18 months to be replaced, and actual it need to according to the working conditions.
3. The HEPA filter,
It does not need to be cleaned. It is only need to be replaced after working two years or more, pls kindly be noted.

Features of mist oil filter for cnc machine:
1. Based on the theory of step-by -step filtering: the first step catches ≥20 um; second step catches≤2 um; third one≤ 1-0.1 um. Selectable highly efficient filters are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2. Easy to install all of the machines. They can be directly installed on the machine tool, bracket, easy tear open outfit.
3. Maintenance is simple, safe, no spark risk and vulnerability of components. Strainer can be replaced with dust-cleaning-hose being connected.
4. Impellers are not exposed. So it is safe to be used.
5. Can catch sorts of water-soluble lampblack, mist and dust. Can capture the cutting surface grinder, centerless grinder and so on. Can capture the mist and waste gases produced in the processing of EDM machines, CNC machines, gear cutting machines and welding process and other kinds of machine and welding process and other kinds of machine tools r cleaning equipment.
6.Here is a signal to warn normal working or the filter cotton need to be changed. The red ball will float upward t III the top. When the machine is off the red ball will sink to the bottom. The filter cotton will catching oil mist after the machine works for a while when the catching ability is lower than 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom. That means it is time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
7. The catching efficiency can reach 95% or more.
