A2:We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
Q3. Can you Accept Small Order?
A3:Yes, we can accept trial orders, it is the starting of business. But beacuse of the high cost of production,price may be higher as normal quantity.
Q4.Can I get sample ?
A4:Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs or sizes. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q5.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A5:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs or Pantone color etc, it takes 5-10days.
Q6. How long is the production lead time?
A6:It takes 2-15days for MOQ.

A7: Normally 30 days.
