Sample pretreatment
A. grain and feed
(1) Weigh 0.5±0.05g sample into 50ml polystyrene centrifuge tube;
(2)Add 15ml ethanol with a concentration of 50%, tighten the bottle cap, and shake it up and down for 1min. Centrifuge it for 5min at 3000rpm or above. Liquid samples
(3)200 mul sample solution was removed and added to 600 mul diluent
B.cooking oil
(4)weigh 0.5±0.01g sample into 50ml polystyrene centrifuge tube;
(5)Add 9ml sample diluent, tighten the bottle cork, oscillate it up and down for 1min, and centrifuge it for 5min at 3000rpm or above. Liquid samples
(6)The remaining samples from the upper fat layer were removed by standing centrifuge tube for 2min for testing
Note: if the PH value of the sample solution is less than 6 or greater than 8, it needs to be adjusted with 1mol/l sodium hydroxide or 1mol/l hydrochloric acid PH around 7.
Operation steps
(1)Please read the operation manual carefully before the experiment. Restore the strip to room temperature before use
(2)Remove the reagent bucket from the original package, open it, take out the required number of microporous reagent and strip, and mark,Please use it within 60 minutes. After the detection reagent is taken out, please cover the reagent barrel immediately to prevent moisture
(3)The 200ul mixture was absorbed with piped fluid and added to the sample hole of the strip. The sample was incubated at room temperature (20-25) for 2min. During the incubation period, the mixture was slowly aspirated and thoroughly mixed with the reagent in the micropore
(4)The 100ul mixture was absorbed and added to the sample adding hole of the strip. The reaction was conducted at room temperature (20-25) for 8min. The result was judged according to the schematic diagram, and the other time was judged invalid
Result judgment
