1. what’s the product you may make by this machine?

2. What’s  the max size of  the product? Please send US some pictures

and designs for checking if possible so we can do best as your request

3. What’s your production requirements .

Engineering:

Your size plant workshop, pictures, plant design plans.

Products:

1.Please send us some pictures or drawing to checking if possible so we can do best as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.

2.The quantity you require.If the quantity is large enough, we will make the mould based on your requirements,then produce for you.

3.Color   4.Size  5.Thickness

Q5. Where is Tongyi? Is it possible to visit your factory?

A:Tongyi  is located in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,which is closed to Ningbo and Shanghai.It is very convenient to visit us,and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.

Q6.What is the MOQ for your production?

Depends on your products requirements.

Q7.  What is your delivery date?

A:The delivery date is about 100-200 days after receipt of payment.

Q8.What is your payment terms?  

A:Machine 30% deposit in advance ,65% before shipment,5% balance after installation 

Engineering:70% deposit in advance,30% after installation 

Products:100% before shipment

Q9 .  what about your after-sale service? 

A: when machine arrived at your company. we will send two technicians

 to install and debug all machines at your factory. YOU Should

bear the installation  Charge include Visa, all  ticket ,food, accommodation

and subsidy.

Machine Warranty: one year after installation and trial run. but not

including the  damages  caused by human factor and force majeure.
