-AE acquisition main units communicate with PC by USB2.0, PC can be replaced any time.
- AE acquisition main units can be cascaded a super-system with up to 200 AE channels.
-High real-time continuous AE feature data transferring rate over 400,000hits/sec
-Real-time hardware digital filter, that can be set high-pass, low-pass, band-pass and band-stop in any frequency values, satisfies various requirements of signal frequency bands. And can be used combining with analog filter.
- Real-time continuous digital signal processing: digital filtering, FFT analysis, waveform reconstruction and AE feature extraction of waveform original reconstructed.
- The function of waveform continuous acquisition and saving is suitable to use in the field of acoustic emission signal study.
-AE features extraction can be done by hardware or software.
-Auto sensor testing (AST) can be done for any one channel or for all channels.
-The unit power supply is separated from PC power supply, so the unit power supply is independent to avoid mutual interference.
- DC power supply can be selected, optional special battery can be used to the situation of lacking AC power supply.
- Waveform sample length, before/after waveform sample length can be set arbitrarily, the point is up to 128K.
