Our Chemical Resistant Laminate is a professional-level series of products developed for Laboratories, Hospitals, Education and Scientific Research Institutes. It features of high resistant to strong acid & alkali , and organic solvent. Processing Method

Chemical Resistant Laminate is formed by Chemical resistant film, laminating decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin, and multi-layer black or brown kraft paper dipped with phenolic resin, then pressing them with steel plate under high temperature (150 degrees centigrade) and high pressure (1430 psi). The thickness ranges from 2mm to 25mm by adjusting the number of pieces of kraft as needed.

Q1. How do you pack the goods?
A: We pack it in plywood cases and plywood pallets, and each case or pallet has to be strapped with steel belt. The thickness of laminate more than 3 mm will be packed by plywood pallets normally.

A: Welcome to contact us for MOQ,  usually, MOQ will vary according to different thickness of hpl. 
 
Q3: Can I mix different panels ? 
A: Of course.

A: Depend on your order quantity,  Normally 20-30 days after receiving your payment for a 20'ft container.
