Acid-heat resistant ceramic tube is made of high quality porcelain clay as the main raw material by high temperature calcination. It has characteristics of high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, spalling resistance, resistance to penetration and compressive strength.
Acid-heat resistant ceramic tube can well resistant the corrosion of many kinds of acid, including wet chlorine salt water, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and any concentration alkali at room temperature, but exception of hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid.
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industries, such as anti-corrosion pool, channel, reaction kettles, columns, tanks, stiring pools as well as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance lining. It is lining of special materials used in high temperature resistant, cold shock, strong acid resistant.
