Products Description
1.Overview
It is suitable for the determination of total precipitate in the residual fuel oil with viscosity less than 55mm²/s at 100℃ and the distillate fuel oil containing the mixture of residual components.
Applicable standard: IP375 IP390 ASTM D4870
2.Performance Characteristics
The instrument is composed of metal constant temperature bath, electric control device, heating filter device, steam generator, vacuum pump, constant temperature magnetic stirrer, filter plate and filter membrane, etc.
Aging bath is made of aluminum alloy, double heating hole, uniform heat conduction.
The filter is made of brass, with steam and cooling water channels evenly arranged inside. Heating and cooling switch is convenient and fast.
The steam generator is equipped with mechanical pressure control device, the steam output pressure is safe and stable. Equipped with built-in and external double safety valve, double safety guarantee.
Oil-free vacuum pump does not need any working medium and does not produce pollution.
The thermostatic magnetic stirrer has adjustable heating temperature and stirring speed.
