I Overview
Tester for Determining the Water Washout Characteristics of Lubricating Greases is designed and manufactured according to the standard of ASTM D1264. It can test the capacity of resistance water out of the bearing grease strictly in compliance with standard description.
II Standard Description
Put the grease sample into the ball bearings, and then loaded the bearings into bearing holder which has the specified clearance requirements and roll the holder at the speed of 600r/min±30r/min. To spray the water (under the temperature of 38℃ or 79℃) to the bearing holder at the rate of 5mL/s±0.5mL/s and to measure the water resistant ability by the grease volume washed out by the water within 60 min.

The constant bath temperature of Tester for Determining the Water Washout Characteristics of Lubricating Greases is controlled by the digital temperature controller and the temperature range is between room temperature and 85℃, the temperature-controlled precision is ±0.5℃. It is easy to set the temperature and correct the temperature differences because the digital temperature controller can visually display the setting and actual temperature.
