ATO-TPA, in PVC systems to replace ATO directly

In brominated FR systems, almost customers use expensive ATO (antimony trioxide) as Synergist, as a kind of strategic materials, so government controls the exporting very strict, thus our company designed it’s replacement to reduce customer’s production cost. It is chemical modified by inorganic and organic ingredients, we select raw materials Strictly and produce it with advanced equipments and processing. Customers use it with brominated flame retardants to replace ATO directly, it has no any effects on FR rating, dispersity and mechanical properties, also it can reduce the smoke density, in PVC systems. It not only saves production cost, but also reduces heavy metals contents in PVC systems, like lead, selenium and mercury etc. Also, it meets the requirements of ROHS.
