13. Design or logo formats

AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG. If you have any questions regarding formats, please kindly contact us.

 

14. Sample fee

Sample fee is USD50-100 per each in normal occasion. Sample fee can be refunded if the bulk cost over USD2000.

 

15. Defects or problems upon receival

Please contact us immediately. Re-production/refund/discounts for products with defects or problems. We always seek for communication to win-win situation.
