ASTROHN-MCS750
Microcryogenic system ASTROHN-MCS750 was developed in 2016. It is compact and lightweight. It Includes parts and components entirely of Russian origin for the possibility of using in weapons and military equipment.
ASTROHN-MCS750 used for cryostatting cooled photodetectors with widescreen matrices 640 × 512, 1280 × 1024, 720 × 1024 based on CMT, InSb for sighting complexes of armored vehicles and in fire control systems.
ASTROHN-MCS750 operates on a closed reverse thermogasdynamic regenerative Stirling cycle with internal heat recovery. It has a brushless electric drive of the movement elements using a connecting rod-crank mechanism. The microcryogenic system is designed according to the gamma scheme. This execution scheme has the highest possible exergy efficiency.
The microcryogenic system is produced in a monoblock design and includes the main units: a regenerator, a compressor, an expander and an electric drive with a variable speed.
The microcryogenic system is designed to cool thephotodetectors of the middle and far infrared range from 60 to100 K to ensure the photoelectric parameters (volt sensitivity, detectivity, etc.).
Microcryogenic system ASTRON-MCS750 is a repairable product that does not require maintenance.
