3.Basic structure and working theory:

The mainframe of this testing machine is mainly composed of frame,lifting

system,working part and protection system.

The base seat,guiding column,assistant column and fixation beam compose the frame construction, which has extremely high rigidity.

The lifting system is composed of electric motor,two stage worm wheel

slowing-down machine,winding machine,wire rope,hosting frame and sling dog,with the advantage of running smooth,low noise. The pothook has the function of automatic locked, when on the right position the pothook will be locked automatic.

The basic hammer,hammerhead,balance weight pieces,anvil bed and the

centering device are mostly composing the working part.

Four buffers,protecting door,safety pin protection and the pothook position

protection, these four parts compose the absolutely steady, reliable safety protection system.
