Characteristics :
1. It can weld thermoplastic plastics except Teflon;
2. The welding time is very short, usually in the range of 0.05-1 second;
3. It can be welded on the joint surface by medium such as water, oil, etc;
4. The welding effect can achieve airtight, liquid tight and other sealing effects;
5. It can be directly fused with conduction;
6. The welding energy varies with the plastic material, and it is not the whole material of ultrasonic vibration. Only the suitable vibration surface is selected to generate heat, so there is no worry about the surface of the product. This is the characteristic of conductive welding. In the case of hard plastic welding, it can give full play to its welding effect;
7. Ultrasonic welding is a safe welding process because it does not produce toxicity such as chemicals;
8. No need to add any adhesive, the operation is simple and fast.
