The weight of products and ratio of wrapper to filling are easy to adjust.Quick-Change mold
By simply changing the forming mold set, this ONE machine can make dumplings in different shapes.
◆ Suitable for a wide range of dough
Dough made with high or low protein flour, or cold, warm, hot water, and dough with a water content of 30% to 50%, or a shortening content of up to 20% are able to be worked.
◆ Unique filling system that can extrude different fillings
For example, mince, cheese, chopped vegetable, and chunks. Maximum chunk size in filling can be 0.8X3cm shrimp, 0.8X0.8cm diced meat or cooked potato, which allows you to have more different filling combinations.
◆ It requires little space for operation, the size of HLT-700XL is only 54x120x170cm.
◆ Optional device for making Hargao.
By changing the forming mold set, it can make dumplings in different shapes.
