2) Q: How long will it take to get samples?
A: For standard products, we will arrange delivery within 3-5 days after receiving your sample purchase order and sample fee.
For customized products, we will send you confirmation letters of relevant drawings, process and appearance requirements,and we will arrange delivery within 5-10 days after receiving your sample purchase order and sample fee.
3) Q: What is the MOQ?
A: We mainly do wholesale transactions. However, we will fully support the small batch trial orders of new customers. For individual buyers, we would recommend purchasing directly from our local distributors, which will save shipping costs and logistics time.
4) Q: What are your payment terms?
A:According to the order situation and customer requirements, we provide various and flexible payment methods.
1:Alibaba Credit Insurance online payment. 2:30% deposit by T/T in advance.,balance paid before delivery or against B/L copy. 3:Payment by irrevocable LC at sight. 4:Western union payment.

A: It depends on the quantity of your order.Standard and inventory products, delivery in 10-20 days.Standard but not in stock products, delivery in 30-40 days.The delivery time of customized products depends on the quantity and degree of customization, and is generally delivered in 40-45 days.
