About Shipment and Payment

● We will calculate the shipping fee and complete the trade assurance order contract in 2 days. If you don’t appoint your preferred courier post, we will ship out the goods by our cooperative courier post. Usually we will ship by EMS. If the product is with Li-Ion battery, we will ship by FedEx. If you would like to ship the goods by your courier post account, please leave us the information and we will follow your instruction.
● After we provide you the shipping fee information, please do check the Alibaba system or email to confirm the order and then make the payment. We will ship out the goods upon receipt of the agreed full payment.
● We cannot promise you the shipping time, as there are many factors out of our control in the transportation, hope you could kindly understand. Normally it will take around 4-7 days by EMS, 3-5 days by FedEx.

Q: Can I get a sample from you?
A: Yes, we provide samples at request. You will need to pay for the sample cost and the delivery cost. However, the sample cost will be deducted from the formal order.
Q: Can I have my logo printed on the products and packing?
A: Yes, OEM is welcome.
Q: What would the delivery time be?
A: Normally 45 days after sample, order confirmed and 50% deposit received.
