ADSS Preformed Tension Set:
Preformed Tension Set is widely used for the installation of bare conductors or overhead insulated conductors for transmission and distribution lines, the reliability and economic performance of the product is better than the bolt type and hydraulic type tension clamp that widely used in the current circuit.
Innovative structure and precision design, so that the preformed tension set has a reliable performance and it is usually made of aluminum clad steel, galvanized steel wire and other materials.
Structure and Raw Material:
Shackle--Hot dip galvanized steel. Shackle is connected with Reinforcing Pole units.
Twisted Chain Link--Hot dip galvanized steel. Twisted Chain Link is intended for connecting U- Shackle and Clevis Thimble.
Thimble---Hot dip galvanized cast steel. Thimble is plugged in shackle of Tension Clamp for protection and connection.
Armor Rods----- Aluminum clad steel wire. Armor Rods increase friction with a layer of particle emery inside to cables. Rods are assembled into four subsets in workshop which reduce misalignment errors and speeds installation. The ends are bent outward to provide stress relief at the critical cable departure areas.
Preformed Dead End -- Preformed Dead End are made of hot dip galvanized steel wire or aluminum clad steel wire, it is assembled into one subset with a layer of firm emery inside in workshop, in order to increase gripping strength of Tension Clamps while decreasing side pressure.
The Preformed Suspension Clamp:
The Preformed Suspension Clamp is the connecting hardware of ADSS cable hang in transmission line pole (tower). It can reduce static stress at the support point and increase ant-vibration ability of ADSS cables, and cushioned against the dynamic stress of aeolian vibration. as well as ensure that the cable bending will not exceed the permissible values, make the cable does not produce bending stress, so that the fiber optic don’t produce extra loss in the cables.
Application Direction:
1. It is designed to connect continue pole (tower) and Terminal pole(tower), tensile pole or line angles above 25。Pole (tower). The special specification: one unit per Terminal pole (tower), two units per tensile pole (tower), two units per continue pole (tower).
2. You can select the Specification Model corresponding to the appropriate cable diameter range, maximum allowable tension (MAT) or Span Length from Data Sheet.
3.Tension pole Clamps are designed to connect ADSS cables and poles/towers . Armor rods can provide protection and cushioning to the ADSS cables. The special design of Preformed rods makes ensure that Tension Clamps can’t cause undue stress to the ADSS cables, so as to ensure the normal lifetime of cables system.
Tension clamps for fig-8 cable:
With stainless steel or aluminum alloy messenger, are developed to anchor optical fiber cable with steel messenger during construction of transmission fiber optic lines. These anchoring clamps are self-adjusted and appropriate for usage with steel messenger. During anchoring of fiber optical cable, they guarantee no cable insulation damages or slipping, if indicated load achieved.
The stainless steel bail allows installations of tension clamps on a pole brackets or hooks. Anchoring clamps and optical fiber cable brackets are available either separately or together as assembly.
These anchoring clamps allow an easy, direct dead-ending of aerial figure-8 cable with steel messenger without additional tools.
All the assemblies passed the tensile tests, operation experience with temperatures ranging from – 60 °C up to +60 °C test, temperature cycling test, aging test, corrosion resistance test etc.
Materials:stainless steel bail, high strength aluminum alloy, fiberglass reinforced plastic, Zink wedges.
All parts are secured, this prevent the loss of its pieces.
