Yes my friend, we can customize the machine's color and specifications as your request. 5.What if the machine can't work properly? Please don't worry, our machine will be tested before delivery and we use strong wooden case to pack it, usually it won't broke during sailing. Once you find difficult using the machine, just contact us, our professional technicians will be at your service for 24h. Free replacement of parts damaged by non-human reasons during the warranty period. 6.How long will take for getting the machine ? It will take 10-15 work days (Special customize machine not counted) for us to produce after received the deposit , when the machine is ready, we will test it and send you test picture and videos, if everything fine, we'll arrange shipping. It may takes generally 20-35 days on sailing, depends on different seaports and weather conditions. 7.How about payment? 1) pay off 2) 30% T/T transfer as deposit,after the machine is ready and checked, pay the last 70% and we'll arrange shipping. 8.What's the shipping process? We can make port delivery and home delivery both, it's depends on customers.And the machine will be sent from Qingdao port, take around 20-35 days to your port/address.Please let us know your nearest port and address if you want to check the shipping cost.
