Q1. What is your terms of packing and delivery?
A. Generally, we pack our goods in PE bags and then put in neutral boxes and brown cartons.If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. 

About delivery, products could be sent by Express such us DHL/Fedex/EMS etc., freight cargo, or by sea, depening on the total weight and volumn, of cause primarily depends on customer's choise. Trading terms by EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. are acceptable.

 
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A. For small quantity order, we could go by alibaba Escrow, Western Union, etc. For large scale batch production, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipping.We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. How about your delivery time?
A. Generally, it will take one to three weeks (5-20 business days) after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends on the item specifications and the quantity of your order.

Q4. Do you accept OEM business?
A. Yes as factory, we accept OEM with your autherization.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A. Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost or the courier cost.

A. Yes, we have 100% test before shipping.
