AAC (Autoclaved aerated concrete) block Main raw materials of AAC are siliceous material (sand, fly ash and Silicon tailings) and Calcium materials (lime and cement) mixed with foaming agent (aluminum powder). It is the product of light porous silicate through the following processes: batching, mixing, pouring, hardening, cutting, autoclaving and curing etc. Because of large amount of well-distributed tiny pores after foaming, it is named autoclaved aerated concrete.
AAC Classification : In general, it can be classified according to the types of raw materials, manufacture process and functions. Based on the shape of AAC products, it can be divided into: AAC blocks and AAC panels. It is a revolutionary material offering an unique combination of high durability and strength, low weight, excellent heat insulation, fire resistant, noise absorption, unprecedented build ability and superior ecological green features. In China, AAC is one of the light wall materials which was popularized and applied at the earliest and the most widely.

Product Application

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) has been used all over the world for decades, firstly produced in terms of industrial means in Sweden in 1923. It is a unique building concept, available in today's market with innumerable building advantages. 
AAC is lightweight concrete that is produced under special circumstances, by adding aluminium paste which creates a porous shape into the mixture of cement, finely grounded quartz sand or flyash, water and limestone. AAC is very firm and the most durable construction material that provides heat insulation by its porous texture, security against earthquakes through its lightweight structure,and safety against fire by its non-flammable quality (Fire Class A1). 

AAC building products can be used for all applications including every type of masonry walls, roofs and floors. AAC is largly preferred especially in many developed countries such as all EU countries, USA, Japan, Russia,Australia and all Gulf countries and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,and most developing countries. 

Advantages

light weight

Areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best.then you can see,it can save the material and cost,it also fighting shaking.

keeping temperature

aerated concrete panel has many porous,the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk),the same as 1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick,so it is best materials now in the world. According to product strength and bulk density (weight per cubic meter), it is divided into different grades. Commonly used are: strength A3.5, bulk density B06. The higher the strength, the lighter the bulk density

1,Technological Standard

3. Product specification

The products reach the block requirements of grade 04~07 of GB11968-2006

1. Material dealing process
Put the fly ash or sand into the ball mill to mill via the conveyor belt, after milling, put the slurry into the slurry storage tank by slurry pump. 

2.Batching, mixing and pouring process

The lime, cement will convey by conveyor to the dry powder measure scale to scale separately. The slurry convey by slurry pump then to the automatic scale;the power and slurry put into the mixer,pouring into the mould.

3.Curing process

After slurry pouring into the mould, put the mould box into the curing room with 50~70℃. After 2-3 hours curing,the blocks become solid

4.Cutting process

Using reversal crane carry the mould and block to demould on cutting cart. The cutting cart will take the block to level cutting machine,vertical cutting ,two sides cutting,and remove the top waste material.

5.Autoclaved

Finished cutting using semi-product crane carry to the front of autoclave grouped,hoisting machine or dragger will drag steam trolley into autoclave to steam,it need 10-12 hours.

6.Finished block dealing

Finished product out of autoclave,with separting machine to separate layer by layer.

7.Package

Using finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to package line on wooden pallets,after package, then by forklift transport the finished products to piled yard according to specifications to stack.

It has the advantages from the process:

1. It can realize the mixed grinding to prepare the cementitious material and effectively improve the pouring stability; the flow-tube type pouring stirring can shorten the stirring time and greatly improve the uniformity of stirring.

2. Raw material processing can realize the hydrothermal ball milling process and improve the stability of fly ash and mortar.

3. Staggered batching process. The batching building is divided into two and staggered. It simplifies the layout of equipment and building structure, and meets the requirements of staff space and equipment layout.

4. Integrated layout technology, which arranges the batching, pouring, pre-cultivation, cutting, bottom removal, marshalling and other processes in the same workshop. Uses hydraulic lifting and conveying equipment to separate the walking guide from the main body of the workshop and reduce the height of the workshop. Layout, avoiding dead corners in the building, shortening the return path of waste water and waste slurry, reducing the moving space of operators and improving work efficiency.
