Material dealing process:
Batching, mixing and pouring process
The lime, cement will be conveyed by conveyor to the dry powder measure scale to scale separately. The slurry will be conveyed by

Curing process
After slurry pouring into the mould, the mould will be put into the curing room with 50~70℃. After 2-3 hours curing, the blocks

Cutting process
The mould and block will be demoulded by using reversal crane and carried on cutting cart. The block will be taken to the cutting
machine to be cut by the cutting cart, and the top waste material will be removed.

Autoclaved
Finished cutting block will be carried by semi-product crane to the front of autoclave, the steam trolley will be dragged into

Finished block dealing
Finished product out of autoclave will be separated layer by layer by separating machine.
Package
Use the finished block hanger to clamp the finished product on the packaging line.
After packaging, use the forklift to transport the finished product to the storage yard according to the specifications.
