A4 paper making machine consists of cylinder rack, 1^st  main press, drying section, drive section, gas mask section, foundation section, electrical section, air compress system.

1. Cylinder section

Cylinder section consists of return back roll, couch roll, cylinder wire, rack in square box, couch roll adopts pneumatic lift and fall.Return back roll is Φ400×2000, coated with cast iron,Rubber shore hardness“A”90°±2°,rubber thickness is 20mm.Couch roll Φ350×1950mm,seamless steel tube rubber coated,Rubber shore hardness “A”38°±2°

Cylinder wire Φ1500×1950mm, is stainless steel plate.Suction box is welded by steel tube, surface plate adopts HMWHDPE.It is with movable water pipe spay, adopts galvanized pipe , needle nozzle , 0 . 75 KW cycloid planetary Reducer , reciprocating mobile number 23 times / min .Wet part leading roll adopts Φ159×2000 made from seamless steel tube.

2. Press section

Adopt main press 1 set, frame adopts steel profile box welding and casting box body , pneumatic &pressurizing , felt water squeezing device , adopts pneumatic correction , electric tension .Squeezing roll Φ260×2000mm, cast iron roll with rubber coat,Rubber shore hardness“A”90°±2°, lineal pressure 15-25kg/cm,lower roll medium height is 0.5mm.

Main press lower roll Φ450×1950mm, cast iron roll with rubber coat,Rubber shore hardness “A”92°±2°,lineal pressure 80-100kg/cm,medium height 0.9mm, with transmission point.Main press upper roll Φ500×1950,Natural granite roller , is equipped with scraper.Felt leading roll is fully equipped according to the drawing.Stretch roll Φ170×2000mm, seamless steel tube with coat, Rubber shore hardness “A”95°±2°,roll surface is round the spiral.

3.Drying section

Drying section consists of 1 piece 2500 mm Φ cylinder . Equipped with pneumatic corrector , electric tensioner , racks in full box structure .

Dryer CylinderΦ2500×1950mm, cylinder body and cover material is HT250, cylinder body thickness is 32mm, inner surface is smooth, outer surface griding roughness is 0.8, cylinder cover at the operating side is equipped with manhole, cylinder surface hardness is HB190-220°, water test pressure is 0.6Mpa, max. Working pressure is 0.3Mpa.(refer to the dryer cylinder description)Carrier roll Φ450×1950mm, cast iron roll body is with coat, Rubber shore hardness“A”92°±2°, medium height is 0.8mm.1 scraper , scraper and dryer with tangent for 25 °-30 °, blade is EP plate.Leading roll adopts Φ159×2000mm seamless steel pipe , surface is sanding.

4.Gas hood, walkway section

Gas hood is large cylinder hood,double ,inside is snake type tube , steel frame structure , outside is aluminum alloy plate.Walkway handrail is seamless weldment, walkway plate is welded from steel angle and checkered plate. It is set at the rack on the operating side.

5. Drive section

It is variable frequency section drive, in total 3 points, that is Press 1 point, Cylinder 1 point, Winding Machine 1 point, the total drive power is  39KW, working speed is 40-60M/MIN.

6. Air compress system

This system includes from the operation surface gas supply pipe inlet to each gas pipeline and the control panel ( or console ). Compressed air station and the air tank , pipeline shall be set by the user,should be able to guarantee the machine stable gas pressure , air pressure not less than 0 . 6 -0 . 7 Mpa.

7. Foundation section

Foundation includes foundation drawing and the foundation plate, foundation drawing is only provided to the process and civil department for the basic information of paper machine, it can not be used for civil engineering construction drawing.

Foundation plate is various bottom rail,the material is cast iron ,the wide specifications are 230 , 270 , etc , provide all the anchor bolts.
