How To Do
925 Silver Jewelry are dainty & delicate pieces that should be handled with care & caution.
1.Avoid substances such as chlorine, perfume & other chemicals when wearing Jewels, to prevent discoloration.
2.Please avoid contact with water, other liquids and metals so that it won't lose its color and shimmer.
3.To prevent the chain from breaking, do not pull or stretch the jewelry.
E-coating
Jewels are 925 Sterling Silver with Custom Gold Plating. An extra layer of tarnish resistance(We called it E-coating) is added to extend the life span of the jewelry.
Electroplating
Usually we do 0.05 microns gold plated and E-coating.
But for ring jewelry, they rub with finger, touch with water/perfume/sweat more often.
So we suggest to do thick plating (0.1 microns gold plated at least)
We can provide thicker plating like 0.2 microns, 0.5 microns, 1 microns, 2 microns and gold vermeil.
Stone
Our Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones are placed in a very meticulous manner, to prevent from stones falling out.

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

2. Can I get one sample?
- Yes, we can offer one sample for checking quality.
Sample charged US $50-100/design depends on the design, sample charge will refund upon bulk order.
3.Could you supply OEM/ODM service?

4.Could you offer private logo service?
- Yes, customers’ logo service accepted.
5: How about your after-sales service?
- A. You are entitled to return products for repairing within one week of the delivery date if it’s quality problem. Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update.
- B. If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
- C. If It's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.
- D. If you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wearing caused by abrasion, etc., we will charge you a part of repair costs.
6. Why your production time so long, I have to wait about one month?
We're manufacturer, factories always don't keep goods in stock. Only wholesalers or trading companies sell stocks, send to you in shorter time, but price quite higher than ours.
