86HB250-156B is a closed loop stepper motor with the driver HB860MB. The motor wire is made of pure copper. The driver adopts the latest DSP advanced variable current and variable frequency control algorithm. 86HB250-156B with the driver HB860MB can effectively solve the problem of lost steps of the open-loop stepper motor, and improve the processing speed and accuracy of the machine.

HB860MB is our company's new new generation of hybrid digital display servo driver, using the latest 32-bit DSP digital processing technology. The drive control algorithm adopts a new dedicated motor control DSP chip and applies vector-type closed-loop control technology. The driver can overcome the problem of step loss in open-loop stepper motors, and clearly indicate the high-speed performance of the motor , thereby improving the processing speed and accuracy of the machine.

1. Position error correction and never lose steps
2. Quick response and perfect acceleration, High torque at high speed
3. Automatic current adjustment based on load, lower temperature rising
4. Over-current, over-voltage and position ultra difference protection function
