800L 7BBL direct fire heated 2 vessel brewhouse with steam heated brew kettle
The two vessel brewhouse is quite popular being used in the brewery system with capacity within 2000L. It is suitable for Infusion mashing and suitable for brewing 1~2 batches per day. Our standard two vessel brewhouse unit made by food grade stainless steel. We can also make it with red copper or mirror stainless steel if you prefer a more attractive appearance
Brewhouse is various in combinations of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc. TIANTAI Company accepts special design for these variations.

4. Welding line
1. Welding: We abandoned the argon gas cylinder but adopt The Central System of Argon to make sure the TIG welding with pure argon gas shield. We also increase the using amount of gas when welding,so the quality of the welding line is more higher.
2. Dimpling: We adopt dimple plate rather than belt for glycol jacket, since it can increase the cooling area and improve the speed of cooling. The most important thing in brewing process is to avoid contaminating, that is to say the most important thing in producing beer equipment is to polish the inside tanks to 0.4~0.6 μm Without dead corner.
3. Polishing: We use large-scale polishing equipment to polish the inside of the tanks -- all over the wall to
make sure there is no dead corner. And we adopted passivation and acid pickling which will make our tanks with higher accuracy. You need not worry about there will be some bacterias remained after cleaning.
We have more than 15 years experience about designing, manufacturing, installing and training the beer brewery equipment. We have exported to USA, Canada, Brazil, Korea, Australia, Italy, Spain, Belgium, South Africa etc. All of our beer equipment details are taken the humanized and brewmasters’ intention into consideration. Reliable quality is guaranteed by certificated raw material, professional technical support, advanced processing equipment, strict quality control and complete personal training etc. We always keep our system affordable which will support more brew masters to approach their brewing dream.
