A4,  For samples, it is 100% in advance.

          For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

A5,  All our products have one-year guarrantee from the shipping date.

          Missing/lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.

Q6, Who will pay the freight for repairing items?

A6,  Both parties will share half the freight: the buyer will take the freight of sending it back to MEKT, while 

          MEKT will cover that of sending it back to the buyer. And MEKT suggests to sending it back with the next              mass production items.
