Product Paramenters
The normal applicable temperature is +5℃ to 35℃, and the best use temperature is +18℃ to 25℃.
The temperature resistance range after curing is -30℃ to 80℃.
The foam can adhere to concrete, coating, wall, wood and plastic surfaces, but does not include Teflon and silicone resin.
There is no harm to the human body after the product is cured.
Instructions
1. Before use, shake the jar up and down for 1 minute.
2. Clean and wet the construction surface before construction.
3. Connect the can with the spray gun upside down. Turn counterclockwise to open the flow valve to adjust the flow.
4. When spraying, from bottom to top, spray volume to bottom up, and spray volume to 1/2 of the required filling volume.
5. The foam starts to solidify after ten minutes, and no further operations can be carried out after one hour.
6. The cured foam can be removed with a sharp knife to remove the excess part and then treated with cement mortar paint or silica gel on the surface.
Safety advice
1. When the foam is cured, it is not toxic.
2. Please store in a cool and dry place avoid direct sunlight. And the temperature should not exceed 50°C.
3. Do not burn or pierce the empty can after use.
4. It is forbidden to approach open flames or contact with flammable and explosive materials.
5. The construction site should be well ventilated, and the construction personnel should wear work gloves and goggles during construction, and do not smoke.
6. This product has strong viscosity when it is not cured, and at the same time it has permeability to clothing fibers. Please do not touch the clothing when using it.
7. Keep the can out of the reach of children. If the foaming agent touches the eyes, please rinse with clean water or follow the doctor's advice. If it touches the skin, wash it off with soap or water.
