FAQ
1) Q: The camera cable of the machine has been connected, the power indicator on the panel is on, and there is no video input displayed on the screen.
A:1. Check the state of the camera inserted into the machine and confirm that the connecting wire is inserted correctly and well connected, verify camera and cable

2. Confirm whether the channel selector switch is dialed on the channel into which the camera is inserted,if not, please dial the switch on the channel.
2) Q: The capacity of U disk is limited, so how can we make it larger.
A: 1. The frame rate and resolution of the video can be appropriately reduced for recording, or the large-capacity USB hard disk can be used instead
Or SSD mobile solid-state drives.
2. After using for a period of time, format the USB flash disk regularly after backing up the video file.
3. The machine supports the maximum 1TB USB interface hard disk.
3) Q: There is no display on the screen during keyboard input.
A:Confirm whether the wire is inserted tightly, and restart the machine after re-insertion, keyboard function: F8 display characters, F9 hide characters, F10 clear all characters, when there are no cursor or characters show on the screen, press F8 will show the hidden cursor.
4) Q: Insert the USB flash disk to read the USB flash disk but not to record video.
A: Check whether the recording mode is set correctly and format the U disk, if all not ,please check whether the U disk is damaged.
5) Q: Inserted USB disk cannot be recognized.
A: Please replace another USB for testing, if the replacement USB can be read on the other computer and equipment,but not on this equipment, then pls contact the customer service.
6) Q: Can not make record.
A: Check whether your USB is low quality, or damaged, whether power off for a long time(If yes , please format of the disk, restart the machine)
7) Q: Does the internal time of the video recorder be saved by battery?if so, for how long?
A: Rechargeable batteries are used inside the VCR for time preservation,when the battery is fully charged, if the power is completely disconnected,the internal time lasts about 2 months.
8) Q: There is a lot of noise during external audio input, and there is no volume adjustment function.
A: Audio is use G711 compression mode, audio and video are synchronized, in order to prevent the interference to the video signal, machine DVR is not set
volume adjustment function, so the input and output of the audio signal amplitude can not be adjusted.
9) Q: Why is the machine won't play properly on some AVI files?
A: The files recorded by the VCR are in AVI format and the compression standard is H.264 format, the VCR only support the video recorded by the machine for playback.
10) Q: How to operate multiple pages of OSD input characters?
A: After input characters are full on the screen, press F10 to clear the characters and continue to input characters.
