Q: Can these motor's parameter from the above list can be modified according to our request ?
A: Yes, motor's parameter can be customized. We can supply motors with the rotation direction, motor's working voltage, lead wire length, lead wire material, rated speed, torque etc at your request, and motor's shaft dimension can be modified too. We are pleased to make those modification, more detailed parameter you provide, the more suitable motors will be made.
Q: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or call us, then we will make quotation according to your requirement. Once terms and conditions confirmed, we will draft PI and arrange timely delivery accordingly.
Q: Sometimes I don't know the exact required parameter, how can I choose a suitable model ?
A: We will make some suggestion if you provide your specific requirement or application such as in what kind of products these motors used. And how about the working condition such as duty cycles and load status? And how long is the motor's expected lifetime ? And so on. Then we will make full assessment accordingly.
Q:Can I get some samples first? How soon can I get the samples?
A: Yes, we can make samples, we think you understand that normally sample is not free (sample cost based on parameters and quantity, posting charges based on the different countries and areas). And for customized motors, the sample making time depends on different types, usually 3-10days is possible to send out, while some gearbox motor will be about 25days.
Q: What is MOQ for your motors?
A: Usually, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs for different models after sample approval. But it's also acceptable if quantity is small, for example lots of a few dozens or hundreds.
Q: Could you send me a price list?
A: For all of our motors, in view of manufacturing customized based on different requirements on size, lifetime, noise, voltage, and shaft etc, the price varies according to the specification and quantity. So it's better for us to made quotation according to detailed parameters and quantity.
