1. Rear axle: transmission shaft drive
The rear axle is specially customized for the transmission shaft drive model, making the vehicle 10cm longer than the traditional model, and the vehicle runs smoothly. The design of the transmission shaft can cushion the impact from the motor, and the motor is not easy to damage.
2. Battery: add coverage to prevent water leakage when working
6 pcs of 80AH lead-acid battery without electrolyte is more durable and pollution-free and maintenance-free than the traditional water battery.(The standard configuration is 5pcs 60V)
One piece of 80AH battery weighs 26.8kg, and a 100AH battery weighs 34.5kg.
3. Motor and white controller cabinet
The customer order uses Yuanhao 72V3000W brushless motor, which has a higher speed and higher torque to bring greater carrying capacity during high-altitude operations.
Our LK135 electric dumper tracked is now a new upgrade. The white controller cabinet is directly welded to the frame. There are two ways of hard start and soft start. Heavy-duty models should be connected to hard start and disconnected when shipped. In addition, each vehicle is now equipped with an air switch to protect the motor in the event of a short circuit.
In order for customers to use the vehicle better, we have posted safety warning irons and maintenance instructions for core components on the dumper.
The wires in the controller box are all wrapped in insulating cloth. If a short circuit occurs, it will not cause danger and will not burn. The vehicle uses an 8mm³ main line. The entire vehicle circuit is wrapped in insulating cloth.
4. Headlights and horns
LED front and rear headlights, front and rear horns, when you reverse the dumpers, the tricycle will emit a beeping beep to ensure normal operation in a dark environment.

6. 3mm thick steel plate
LK135 electric mini dumper its 3mm thick steel plate is crash worthy and wear-resistant, however, other supplier use 1mm steel plate in response to the continuous price increase of steel so the cost is cheaper than ours. One-piece bending cargo box, processed by shot blasting machine, painting is good.
The weld-free box plate that is bent four times is more durable. Use the pills to strongly intensively strike and rub the box, so that the scale, rust and dirt on the surface will fall off quickly.
