Laser Nd YAG flash lamp

Matters needing attention:

Due to the low strength of the sealing transition glasses at both ends of all lamps, special care should be taken when replacing the glasses which are easy to be damaged. The steps are as follows:

2. Remove the lamp electrode;
3. Remove the lamp cover aNd carefully pull out the lamp from the side of the full mirror.
4. Clean the casing with cotton-stained cleaning solution.
5. Check whether the appearance aNd size of the new light meet the requirements.
6. Install the lamp into the chamber, press the cover aNd install the electrode.
7. Check the sealing coNdition of each part through water.
8. Turn on the main power supply to check whether the lamp can discharge normally.
9. Single-point operation, check whether the laser output energy meets the requirements, if the output is not ideal, the resonator needs to be adjusted repeatedly;
10. Cover the laser cover.
